EXAMPLE FROM ENERLEY.COM REPORTS: A new hydrogen technology has been independently replicated and validated generating 1,000 watt and 50,000-watt clean energy. The new process based on advanced hydrogen technology combined with quantum physics generates 200 times more energy than traditional methods of burning hydrogen. The proven new energy system can be used for powering cars, houses and power plants. The technology has been licensed for 250 MW thermal or electric power-generating plants.

This means that matter is vacuum fluctuations and can be termed quantum vacuum energy, earlier termed zero-point-energy. Most of the new advanced renewable energy technologies under development are directly or indirectly targeting quantum vacuum energy or vacuum fluctuations as a new clean source of renewable energy. 98 % of mass is found to consist only of energy vibrations and not solid matter.
Vacuum fluctuation are also linked to a number of physical phenomena: Dark Energy, Gravity, Casimir Force, Lamb Shift.
EMQVE – 20 kW / m2
Speculation from NASA's Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP), suggests it should be possible to extract about 20 times more energy from the Zero Point Field (ElectroMagnetic Quantum Vacuum Energy), per unit of surface area on earth, than can be derived from a 100% extraction of solar energy (normal solar cell has only 15% efficiency) - approximately 20 kilowatts per square meter - 24 hours per day. This is 133 times more energy from EMQVE per square meter than what can be gained from the normal solar cell on the marked today – and it would work during the night too.

The goal for DOE is that the support from this fast-running program shall help new technologies over the threshold and into industry development and finally present it selves as several new powerful clean renewable energy technologies on the world marked. This will give “Made in USA” back the “glory” it had during the early development and production of the Automobile and other leading USA products.

The new US energy program will receive proposals for further development of new clean energy technologies such as conversion of quantum vacuum energy into clean usable electricity for running anything from house and car to radio and mobile. Other new transformational energy technologies will be cold fusion and sonofusion for heat power production, new hydrogen technology getting 200 times more energy out of hydrogen than traditional technology and competing with traditional power plants, water-as-fuel technology for running cars and charging batteries, magnetic energy conversion technology producing usable electricity from permanent magnets becoming a strong competitor to the solar cell industry, new revolutionary technology combined with solar cells increasing output by 80 % drawing on quantum vibration energy and 85 % reduction in power consumption in electric motors by activating the new renewable energy sources.
